Is the free plan really free forever?

What happens when I collect my 15th testimonial on the free plan?
Nothing disappears. Everything you've collected stays visible and embedded. New responses simply queue up until you upgrade, so you never lose a kind word a customer took the time to write.
Can I import testimonials I've already collected?
Absolutely — on every plan, including free. Pull in praise from Twitter/X, LinkedIn, Google, Trustpilot, app stores, screenshots, emails, and CSVs. Most customers import years of scattered praise on day one.
What counts as a testimonial?
Each video or text response, import, or manually added quote counts as one testimonial. Widgets, walls, forms, and views are never metered — share your proof as widely as you like.
Can I cancel or change plans anytime?
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel from your billing settings in two clicks. If you cancel, you keep everything you collected and simply drop back to the free plan's limits.
Do you offer discounts for nonprofits or students?
We do — registered nonprofits, charities, and students get 30% off any paid plan. Write to us from your organization's email and we'll set it up.
Which payment methods and currencies do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards, processed securely through Stripe. Prices are in USD, but your card is charged in your local currency at your bank's exchange rate.
Do you have a plan for agencies?
The Team plan is built for agencies: five projects (one per client), five seats, and white-labeled forms and walls on custom domains. Need more projects? Extra projects are $10/month each.
